Information You Submit
Search forms send the name, phone number, or address you enter to the outside provider that supplies the results. Our own servers do not retain a copy of those searches. A message sent to us contains only what you choose to provide, and we use it to answer you.
Information Collected Automatically
Our hosting service creates standard logs that may contain an IP address, browser type, pages viewed, and timestamps. Aggregate log data helps us maintain the service and learn which resources are useful. Basic analytics or advertising measurement may also rely on cookies or similar technology.
How We Use Data
We use this limited information to run the service, diagnose errors, measure visits, and improve content. We neither sell a visitor list nor create individual user profiles.
Privacy on Linked Services
Links may lead to government portals, Los Angeles County or California offices, libraries, and outside search providers. Information submitted after leaving our pages is controlled by the destination's privacy terms. Sponsored search results are also delivered by an outside company under its own rules.
Parties That Process Data
Hosting and support vendors process logs for us. Analytics or advertising providers may receive the automatic information described above. We may disclose data when valid legal process requires it, but we do not otherwise distribute visitor information.
Our Security Practices
Pages are delivered through an encrypted connection, and logs are kept only as long as their stated purpose requires. Since visitors do not create accounts, we hold no user password or account profile.
Visitors Under 18
The service is for adults and is not directed to children. We do not knowingly gather a minor's personal information. Contact us if you believe someone under 18 submitted personal data so it can be removed.
California Privacy Rights
California residents may have rights to ask about, correct, or delete personal information under applicable state privacy law. The California Delete Act, SB 362, also created the DROP process for requests to registered data brokers. Because we retain little data, a request usually involves checking our contact mailbox and server logs. Submit it through the Contact page. Records held by West Covina, Los Angeles County, or California agencies remain under the control of those custodians.
